The last or back page of the SV registration certificate has room at the top for special SV entries such as the "a" stamp, breed survey classification (Körkl. 1 or 2), plus a number
of disqualifying and special remarks. In this case, Arco was originally breed
surveyed in 1990 in Kkl.2, and then breed surveyed the second time in 1992 in
the Just below that is the space where each
"Eigemtumswechsel"
(change of ownership) of the dog must be recorded,
including the dates of sale or transfer, and the owners
signatures. "Beurteilungs- und Bewertungsheft"
This section
is the space where the date of the receipt of a "score book" must be entered by an SV judge or local club
official. Each dog can receive only Wichtig für angehende Züchter: (Important for future breeders) This section contains
advice and breeding rules and regulations just in
case the owner of this new puppy intends to breed. Note: The SV has

The SV score
book (Beurteilungs- und Bewertungsheft) To reduce the possibility of cheating, a dog must have been
issued a score book (Evaluation and Rating Book) by an SV official, before it
can be entered in a Schutzhund trial. The Score book will maintain the records of the
dates, places (OG), names and signatures of judges, type of trials, points
received in each discipline (tracking-obedience-protection), ratings and
degrees earned in each trial, and the courage ratings of the dog. The sample
page shown below is that of "Cliff vom Kassler Kreuz SchH3".
